For generations members of my family have produced spicy and tantalising condiments to accompany the local cuisine of my native Trinidad and Tobago.

This incarnation of an old family recipe was handed down to me by my Uncle Tyrone and is now 100% produced in Australia.

The main ingredient of Uncle Tyrone’s pepper sauce is a Trinidad variety of the South American habanero pepper (a variety of the world’s hottest pepper). These peppers are colloquially knows as scotch bonnet peppers.

The peppers used to make Uncle Tyrone’s Pepper Sauce are 100% grown in Australia, with seeds sourced from the family chili farm in Talparo Trinidad, where habaneros, Trinidad scorpion, and other hot and spicy exotic peppers are exported worldwide.
